Craft time!

Today Poppy and I decided we would have craft time!

We tidied up the living room so we could pull out the dining table so we would have lots of space for our things.

I asked Poppy what she wanted to do so she brought me a magazine so she could cut out the pictures of animals in it. After a while she got bored and decided she wanted to make a couple of wooden stick people instead.

So after colouring in the people and getting her hands covered in felt tip (thank goodness we have washable pens) we got out the PVC glue and stuck down the clothes, googly eyes and hair. I asked her who the people were? She said “Daddy and me”. I have to say – for a 3 and half year old she’s done really well – looks like the crafty gene lives on!
